Windows & Doors: Photography by Christopher Woods, Robert Carpenter and Loretta Oleck

[Our seasonal theme brought us some nice submissions of window and door photographs, so we have included the best of them in this group photo spread. -ed.]

About the photographers:

Christopher Woods is a writer, teacher and photographer who lives in Houston and Chappell Hill, Texas. His published works include a novel, The Dream Patch, a prose collection, Under A Riverbed Sky, and a book of stage monologues for actors, HEART SPEAK. HIs short fiction has appeared in many journals including The Southern Review, New Orleans Review and Glimmer Train. He conducts private creative writing workshops in Houston. His photography can be seen in his gallery –

Robert Carpenter lives in Sandy, Oregon. He’s practiced photography for fifteen years and works in both film and digital media.
 His work has previously appeared in Elohi Gadugi Journal.

Loretta Oleck is a creative artist whose work braids into many disciplines as her poetry and photography have been published in Feminist Studies, The Missing Slate, Word Riot, The Adirondack Review, High Coupe, Right Hand Pointing, Cultural Weekly, Commonline Journal, The Westchester Review, Picayune Magazine, among numerous others. Her photography has graced the cover of Cactus Heart and has been exhibited in various galleries.
